Our Plan for Change

Our plan for change is live! You can read the plan here: https://www.conservative.ca/change/

Please also read this message from Pierre Poilievre below. He summarizes his plan and vision for Canada best.

My fellow Canadians,

I love this country.

Canada has given me everything. I was born to a 16-year-old single mother and adopted by two loving schoolteachers who taught me that here, in this country, anyone from anywhere can achieve anything. That’s the Canadian promise.

But after the Lost Liberal Decade, that promise is broken.

Families can’t afford groceries. Seniors are choosing between heating or eating. Young people have given up hope of ever owning a home. Crime is rising. Immigration is out of control. And under Mark Carney - Justin Trudeau’s own economic advisor and hand-picked successor - we face the same old elites with the same old broken promises.

Now, as the Liberals push for a fourth term, Canadians are asking: Can we really afford four more years of this?

Or is it time to put Canada First—For a Change?

A new Conservative government will rebuild this country—with a common-sense plan to axe taxes, build homes, stop crime and fix our budget.

We will bring home our jobs and unlock our energy, reward hard work and restore safe streets. We will empower our entrepreneurs, unleash our industries, and stand up for our workers. We will protect our borders, rebuild our military, and fly our flag with pride.

I know many of you are anxious about the events outside our borders. We’ve seen the unjustified attacks from President Trump—his tariffs and his threats to our sovereignty. Rest assured, Conservatives will never, ever give up our independence, our freedom, or our future.

The Conservative Plan for Change will mean you can afford food and housing in safe communities. The Plan for Change:

1. Cuts the Liberal deficit by 70% with less spending on bureaucracy, consultants, foreign aid, and handouts to insiders and special interests, while boosting growth with resource jobs.

2. Lowers income tax 15%, saving the average worker $900 and average working family $1,800.

3. Builds 2.3 million homes by axing home sales taxes and paying cities to cut other taxes to save $100,000, selling off federal land, and getting gatekeepers out of the way to speed up homebuilding.

4. Locks up criminals to make you safe.

5. Puts Canada First–For a Change.

It is a plan to rebuild our economy and open new markets so we can reduce our reliance on the US and stand up to Trump from a position of strength.

This is personal for me. I’ve lived the promise of Canada. And I owe it to every Canadian—every parent, every worker, every newcomer, every senior—to bring home that promise for all.

Sincerely,

Pierre Poilievre
